Scope, budget, and responsibility
Rates and engagements
Start with the decision or delivery problem. We agree what the work includes, who will do it, and how you'll accept the result before you commit.
Starting day rates
Each rate covers one consultant for a full day's work.
From €1,000 EUR
Per consultant, per full day.
From £850 GBP
Per consultant, per full day.
From A$1,600 AUD
Per consultant, per full day.
These starting rates are indicative and subject to current exchange rates. We agree the currency and final price in your proposal. Team size, time commitment, and the engagement can change the rate and total cost.
Project expenses
An expense buffer of up to 10% on top of the daily rate covers only necessary project costs, such as software, data, or research. We agree these costs with you as part of the engagement.

What changes the price?
The number of systems and workflows, data preparation, security and access requirements, delivery deadlines, on-site work, and support commitments affect scope. We identify these dependencies in the proposal and agree any change before doing extra work.
What should you budget for?
An investor can begin with a defined diligence question and review deadline. A company leader can begin with one process and a first delivery milestone. The proposal sets out consultant days, team size, necessary project expenses, any applicable taxes, and any exclusions.
